Nighttime Exploration at Sherburne National Wildlife Refuge
On Saturday, October 13, 2018, Sherburne National Wildlife Refuge invites you and your family to join us for a FREE Nighttime Exploration program! Join us for a rare opportunity to explore the refuge at night, learn about star observation, and view constellations through a telescope to celebrate Fall Astronomy Day! The program will meet at the Oak Savanna Learning Center (16797 289th Ave NW. Zimmerman, MN 55398) and will run from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Participants are encouraged to bring their own flashlight or headlamp, binoculars, camera, field guides, water, a snack, and wear clothing and shoes appropriate for the weather and terrain.
