  • The City of Monticello Minnesotais a place where every business can Connect. Grow. Belong.  Monticello, Minnesota is located at the intersection of Interstate 94 and State Highway 25, along the south bank of the Mississippi River, about a half hour’s drive north from the Twin Cities Metro area and 25 minutes south of St. Cloud.
