1.	I would like a booth at this year's Walk N Roll. (Booth's are free of charge). Businesses bring their own table and chair and supply a small give away and/or game to attract visitors to your booth.

2.	Do you have a preference for a pathway location (Near Hospital, Ellison Park, River Street)? We will try to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee it.)

3.	Each year, 10 businesses donate bikes to be given away at this event. (The chamber office will shop for these bikes and bill you $90.) Please indicate if you would like to donate a bike to be given away at this year's Walk N Roll celebration and receive recognition from the community. Your business is recognized on the 5,000 printed pathports; Chamber newsletter, e-news and website; on the bike that will be displayed at City Hall during the month of May; and down at the park the day of Walk N Roll.
