    Daily, weekly, monthly (Discounted)
    Full hook-ups, 30 and 50 amps..
    Back in and pull thru sites.
    All are tar or rock Pads. Lots of trees.

    Tent sites with no water/electricity on a daily, weekly, or monthly rate.

    All have fire pits. Firewood for sale and delivered to site.
    Daily garbage pick up on sites. You put in garbage bags

    3 pull thru sites for large rigs with 50 amp for over night stay.

    Tents welcome.

    Newer big playground with swings and slides, etc.

    Dogs welcome, but must be on leash. ( Dog damage deposit for longer stays)

    Camp store open on holidays, or upon request.

    Bathrooms /showers, soft water. Security code needed

    Laundry room open 24/7

    Close to downtown Monticello, but far enough away for quietness.
    Monticello has Cub, Target, 24 hour Walmart, Aldi, Walgreens, McDonalds, KFC, Burger King, China Buffet, Perkins, Applebee, Culvers, Home Depot, Runnings, Milles Fleetfarm , etc.

    When Mississippi River is low, people float it from Park to lower City Park. Bring your own tubes and transportation. .

    Some with 2 or more RVs, park them so doors face each other and use 1 common fire pit and area.

    CASH or check only. No credit cards.

    Quiet times enforced at night. 10-11 pm. weeknights. Midnight weekends (depending on volume).

    Fee to park /fish (non campers.) SUPER fall/winter catch and release smallmouth bass fishing. Warm water from nuke plant.

    Security patrols sometimes. (random)

    NO beer parties, atv's or POOL

    Special smallmouth bass regulations here.  Fall and winter 'catch and release' only.  Fee to park and fish.  River open all winter with 40 to 50 F temps.
    A  small fenced in dog park for small dogs.  Pick up your dog poo here and in campgrounds.

    Tent sites without any elec, water, or sewer at $20 a night per site.
    Volleyball court. We also have basketball hoop and horseshoe pit.
