The Monticello Chamber of Commerce & Industry is proud to introduce Rising Stars Monticello, a leadership development program designed specifically for emerging leaders, aspiring managers, and professionals looking to strengthen their skills and prepare for future leadership opportunities.

Offered in partnership with BetterCulture, Rising Stars Monticello is built on the belief that strong organizations are built through strong people. When individuals are invested in, developed, and empowered to grow, workplace culture strengthens from the ground up.
